LOL...my cart is usually filled with produce,dairy & chicken. the center aisles are where all the groceries are!! gotta have that stuff too. to me being supermarket savvy is knowing how to get more for your money & using coupons

Perhaps the reason is that my hubby is on the Atkins diet- so there is not any junk in the house! It is working he has lost 60 lbs- but gained back 8 lbs when wer went to FLA 2 weeks ago ! But he is back on track again !!
