Hi Liz, I too like cracked pepper soooo much better than ground... and I agree with the salt... I don't use any commercial mixture that has salt in it... I even have found a naturally dried celery leaves to replace my (only salt containing spice)celery salt.
I would absolutely love to have the recipe for the shake and bake and your spice mix, when you have time..... please make a separate thread when you do have time,,, I'll never think to look back here for it..... thanks nice to see you!
