Yes I hate it., and I have made comments to people who do it.... the police are really good at giving very hefty $130 tickets to those who do here.... it helps I think to hit people in their wallets...

That is so good to air that on TV, it makes people aware that it is being watched... (the parking problem that is..)

Hi Katz, we have those here in Germany, we also have in parking garages (underground ones) parking spaces for women only... (not just those with kids.... like for me!!!)they are very close to the door to the department store... so a woman doesn't have to walk very far thru the garage alone....

it really ticks me off when people do . too many people do and i see people having to limp from across a parking lot. the sad thing is when my friend harvey was still alive(he was wheelchair bound), we saw this all the time.

it was usually young able bodied people too...not ever people with kids

NEVER !!!!!!

We have a very good family friend who's in a wheel chair and drives. I've seen over the years what she has gone through because people park in handicap spaces.

Hi Glenda, glad to see you here. I noticed it many times after my dad had his stroke, it was so hard on my mom... it's not just a matter of being close to the building, the parking spaces are normally much wider so people can swing their car doors WIDE open and get the handicapped person out... for instance....

again, glad to see you here... (sorry about some of the double threads wink!)
