Have you ever taken lessons?

Which instrument can you play (doesn't matter how well)

Which would you like to learn how to play?

Are any of your children learning to play an instrument?

Do your parents play an instrument?

I played the piano when I was a kid,
taught my DH how to read music, now
he plays.
He likes to play"Hey, Good Looking,
What you got cooking?"when he's ready
to eat!!
And he learned a lot of the Beatles songs by heart
so if we go to a music store, he can jam a few tunes!!

Ha

Have you ever taken lessons? - Yes, I've taken piano, clarinet and cello lessons

Which instrument can you play (doesn't matter how well) - I can play piano very little. My problem has always been that I can't read music. Many have tried to teach me, but I just can't get it through my head. But if I can memorize a piano piece, I can play it - if it isn't too complicated, lol.

i coould never read music to play. i would have loved to learn the flute. funny....neither me or my sisters played instruments but all our kids played trumpet or other brass. the boys were good at it but sports took up too much time to stay in band.

All three of my kids are musical, not sure where they got it.

Oldest ds plays drums in a band right now. He played percussion, jazz band and marching band in hs. He plays piano a little, and harmonica. lol

Second son plays guitar really well, and piano pretty well too although he's never had piano lessons can play Moonlight Sonata and several other songs quite well.

Dd plays piano very well, took lessons for years and then quit, wants to start up again so I'm looking for a teacher.
