Fun on the books & pretty pencil Suzan,

Well it sounded good until you mentioned rubbery, ewww, LOL
However trying it in a salad is a great idea, thank you :)

I personally (and I know I'm in the minority here) think lobster is overrated. If it weren't for the melted butter you dip it in, it wouldn't be that special.

Can't think of anything I haven't tried that I want to try.

OMG I love lobster!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, I became allergic to shellfish about 10 yrs ago, oh how I miss it!!!

As for foods I'd "like" to try, I really can't think of anything other than trying something new in a different country someday.

I would love to live where lobster is cheap!
Yum!
No butter for me!
I like to taste the real thing!
I don't think lobster is rubbery, it's more like shrimp in texture, but a
little sweeter in flavor!
If you can't find/afford lobster in your area, you
might be able to find fake lobster, like they make fake crab
in the seafood section of the meat cooler.
It's about the same price as canned crab,
so it depends on if you want to keep it
on the shelf or in the fridge, your choice!

Breezey! Come to Boston & I will take ya to Cape Cod or Maine they have the best "Lobsta" (Bostonian accent! lol) I agree lobster is not rubbery- if it is it is over-cooked! It is sweet & yummy! We can go to the market down by the docks (at the Atlantic Ocean) & get Lobster fresh off the fishing boats- Now that is what ya call fresh !

We saw a lot of that in Hawaii, too.
I think it is sometimes available in the meat/fish section at the Safeway store here,
so I'll keep my eyes open for you!
How do you want it cooked?
