I am looking for a good pasta salad recipe...something cold that can be made easily.  Do any of you have a good recipe you'd like to share?

Thanks in advance :o)

I have a great receipe- that everyone raves about-- It is Tortelini (sp) salad, it has a bunch of ingred.cubed cheese, salami, olives , a bit of steamed broccoli, dressing is -while warm 1/2 Italian dress & 1/2 blue chez dressing.

If you are interested I will post the exact receipe- o.k. !

Happy cooking, Bunny

Oh in my macaroni salad (just for a different twist) I chop up cucumbers (sm), tomatoes, dill pickles, red onion, green peppers, then crumble 1 can of white tuna- then toss w/mayo-- another big hit!

Amber, sorry this took so long to get to you- the amounts are very flexible, depends how big a crowd you are feeding.

TORTELINI SALAD

2 pkg frozen chez tortelini pepperoni & salami (sm amount)cubed
sm bottle of Italian dressing few broccoli flowerets (steamed& diced)
provolone cheez- diced
sm bottle of Blue chez dressing a bit of oil
red sweet pepper
olives- green or black
cheddar chez- cubed

Boil tortelini till tender, drain, place in large bowl, pour a bit of oil over-so they don't stick together. While still hot, pour in dressings. At this point, you can either put in fridge & place all other ingred in later or put all together while warm ( which is what I do- all the flavors marry-yummy)Then let chill well.

Good luck- hope you like it, I always get numerous compliments on this- hope you do too!
