i use spf 30 year round. most people don't realize you can get sunburn in the winter when outdoor and the other seasons too. i learned years ago to use it year round!

Oh well, then I don't blame you! I tan very easily- but that does'nt make it right not put on any protection--- the ozone layer in the atmosphere is just about gone I think !

My DH & 1 DD are very fair & all they go is get red & burn! i feel bad for them! So they just stay out of the sun !

i have fair skin & burn easily. once in high school i wanted to be like the others ands use baby oil. very bad decision...my skin fried. after that i used the strongest sunblock even in the shade.
in the winter i would spend alot of time outdoors skating & sledding or ice fishing all day. the glare is worse then than any other time

i have dark clips to go over my glasses as i am afraid of the glare from my glasses giving retina damage. that was something i did not know about til about 5 years ago or so when my eye doc said something. yes, the squinting does give headaches

I just use sunscreen in the summer. Up north if you go out in the winter you are all covered up with clothing so there is no need for it lol.
