Pukka!
You've picked up your cooking style from Jamie Oliver. It's crash, bang, wallop when you're in the kitchen. You're an inspired cook and you're not afraid to throw flavours together. You've got a hands-on approach and rule out anything too fiddly. For you, it's all about man-size appliances, whopping great portions and big flavours. But remember, size isn't everything.

Yup, this kinda sounds like me! Even tho those questions were kinda weird! do ya think? I do like to cook, but, I am not too "Fiddly" like big taste & filling, but no fancy ingred. or long involved directions! Family style serving here, meat on a platter, taters in a big bowl, veggies in another bowl, salad in another bowl---help yourself ! I prepared it-- I ain't serving you too!!! lol

deliaWith your organisation and level head, you could give Delia a run for her money. Like her, you're competent without being flash, you don't get into panic if things go wrong and meals appear to be conjured up effortlessly. But, it wouldn't do any harm to let rip in the kitchen once in a while. Make a mess, bang some pans together and get creative!

Hey Amy,
Least it's only a little off right?
Makes sense how you panic a bit if things aren't just so when cooking.
As well as a difference when you're not paying for the ingredients.
Still good to see & appreciate you sharing :)

well, i guess..whoever delia is. me...organized in the kitchen? LOL the only organization i have is to make sure i have all the ingredients i need. i did not answer #6 & 8..they did not have my answers or anything close to choose from. i do have a mess to clean after cooking and it's noisy !! when the food is cooked the boys are lucky if it its in its own bowl on the table or counter to be dished out from.

I'm guilty of that being true..............

I learned from a very good cooking teacher. My Mother although VERY well organized all around wasn't much into cooking. She might have made us cookies once in awhile and very basic meals.
