yes...it was nice to driving again :O) how much we depend on those evil necessities called cars. i don't live close enough to town to wlak to the store. it may be a 10 minute drive but i would never walk it. the traffic scares me.

whatever his motive...i'm counting on 2 things- he won't be this nice for awhile and there is a knife hidden in my back somewhere. LOL i did say thank you. i'm sure his mistriss was having quite the snit fit. we figure it this way. he helps get the car running and jeremy won't have to ask him for rides anymore !

My car is 11 years old, too and I understand about wanting to keep it. I love my car and unless something catastrophic happens to it, I'd rather put the money into keeping it running than get a new, newer, car.

oh yes and it was fun to get to drive on the highway!!! my car is a gas hog so i'll keep the driving to a minimum. that's ok just as long as i know i can drive somewhere if i have to.

jeremy did a good job for me :O)

most of the repair jobs are cheaper than a new car so why not. to look at my car you would not know it is old. there are a few dents but no rust at all.

Let's talk cars! What kind of car do you have? What color? What "toys"?

mine is a burgandy 1996 dodge intrepid. it has the power windows and locks but cruise control is the only thing i reaaly like on it.i couldn't care less about the gadgets in cars. the fm on the radio does not work but it does have a cassette that i can hook the portable cd player to it if i want but i usually listen to silence anyways.

the other car- jeremy's- is a beater with a heater!! purple 98 plymouth neon. looks like crap but great on gas. too bad it is down . it is next to get fixed. just some leaky lines to be replaced.

the fun never ends!!!
