I was just sitting here all the way over in Turkey and wondering what the weather is like by you? Over here, it's very hot during the day (went up to about 96 today in the city) but it's dry , not humid at all which is really nice.  Really makes all the difference.   At the house where we are renting, which is out in the burbs,  it's nice and cool.  At night the temp falls to about a cook 75 which is marvelous for sleeping....I haven't seen rain since I was in Munich in early May..... so what's the temp like where you are,,,,, just curious....   who's got their a/c on full blast, who's lugging an umbrella around     (()) to you all

It's very hot here, Suzan. We're in the middle of a drought, no rain for at least a month. It's about 98 degrees today and feels like 105-110 (heat index). ;-(

I'm always tan in the summer. I try to spend as little time outside as possible though. This year we are having another snake problem. This time the gardener has our entire property surrounded by some netting which catches the snakes and of course eventually they die. There are a lot of snake bones behind the barn now!! Since we've had no rain...the snakes are coming out. I just do my watering while the dogs are exploring. We usually get rain but for some reason it stalls once it hits our area ;-(
