when my dr gave me the herbals to take, she also gave me a pamplet on what meds & otc interact with them. i usually ask her anyways before taking anything.she is really into intergrative medicine.most times she tells me i need to relax & meditate more.

my sister is on thyroid meds & has to be careful with taking anything else.

it almost time for catherine to make her debut!!! are your dd's staying home with the babies for awhile or forever? you'll have fun with them either way :O)
that is so nice that you all get together like that for your anniversary

I'm a chronic insomniac. I can't sleep because I'm a BIG worrier. I stay awake thinking of stuff I need to do or might have forgotten to do or worrying about my parents health & pretty much just about anything else there is to worry about. I take a sleeping pill every now & then to get some sleep.
I would love to be sleeping right now along side my wonderful SNORING husband. Oh, did I mention that's another reason why I can't sleep. He snores so loud the house shakes!!!

Sleep tight,
Kim

Hi Kim,
Good to see you here :)

I so relate to worry & not sleeping like you.
So much on our minds, really bothers me at times.
Are you able to catch a few hours a night at least?
Ahh yes .. snoring DH's .. have one of those too :)
