While your friends may not be sabotaging your weight loss, they certainly aren't going out of their way to help you succeed. Maybe they don't realize that there is more they can do to support you. Have an honest chat with them and mention specific things you would appreciate them doing. Be sure to remind them that they are your secret weapon for reaching your goals!
