This week we will do a health challenge. It's always the right time to try to improve our health. Here is the challenge!
Choose any one or all of the options numbers 1-4, each person will make up their own challenge and state what it will be. Number 5 is mandatory.
1. Eat 3 portions of fruit & 3 portions of veggies EACH DAY starting today until next Sunday.
2. Drink six 1 cup glasses of water Every Day ((no substitutes)
3. Add one serving of fiber to your diet at each meal all week (be creative!) This is above and beyond the #1 if you choose that also.
4. Do one form of exercize each day (if you already exercize, then add one more to your routine)
5 (mandatory for all who participate). Look in the mirror every morning and before you go to bed and smile at yourself and tell yourself how wonderful you are.

I accept the challenge and will try to accomplish: #'s 1,3,4 and the mandatory 5. (and eating 3 portions of fruit will be hard for me.....)

Hi Karyn, thanks for participating....... yes, number 5 does feel weird the first few times, but then you end up doing it with gusto... especially the you are wonderful part.....
OK we are here in the SB and not fitness and health, but WE CAN BE healthy and good to ourselves too... now here's one for ou hugs.....

Yikes! I can't see past the double chin. Wait a minute, I think I do see my wonderful self in there somewhere.
You should be proud of me today. I turned down a caramel frappucinno & drank lemon water instead.
Haven't made it to the gym yet, but do have good intentions :0)
