Good morning......
We hit the board's 50,000 post milestone! Great work everyone who participated. The SB Weekly mini challenges went well also. There is a new weekly mini challenge posted.... it's also a health topic,,,well, what's more important...... ;O)
such a hectic weekend and this week will get worse. Going back to the furniture store with the fabric samples, decided on a brownish tweedy fabric. Thing is I'm having doubts about buying the couches (2 of them) because the ones we have are still in excellent condition (just not so comfortable for me)..... sigh....
Have to stop in at the orthopedic at the other end of town (of course, isn't that always the way)! Need to be back by 12 so I can squeeze in a shower , check the SB, and then be ready for a gf to arrive ..... wanted her to see my railing....
figured out the suitcases to bring,,, now if dh would choose what he wants me to pack in it that would be nice. Tuesday my water heater will be cleaned and descaled.......
am furiously trying to finish the book I'm reading (not worth mentioning here) as I would like to start the book club selection on the plane on Saturday.... if you want to participate (lots of our members here are there also) it's our very own HUGS GH book club, hit the link in her siggie. The book is Richocet by Sandra Brown.
check down in the games box, your wish is my command and voila! A new game! Have fun.
you all have a great day, I'll check back in tonight..... and I'm off.....

Its about Beautiful Utica Square is the backdrop for over 100 local artists as they showcase their work. As you stroll down the tree-lined sidewalks, you can admire the different mediums of art ranging from watercolors, stained glass, pottery, sculpture, woodturning. And if you see something that inspires you, stop and chat with the artist. Each artist is on hand to answer any questions you may have. This free event celebrates art and the art of shopping.
It doesn't start until Oct 7th!!!
that's sad, but people don't realize that amount of hours one puts into the knitting of the item.... if they "worked " the equal hours , I bet they would end up being paid more than $200............
That sounds better than what I'm going to next month. I would love to go to NYC!!!
