Feeling blue for no reason

Just a small gripe:

I'm in a really blue mood and I have no reason to be!  Okay, it's rainy, but good things have happened today, too.  I have no reason to feel like this, but I just can't shake it!  I just hate it when that happens, lol.

Do you ever feel sad for no reason, despite good things happening?

{{{Ann}}}
Sorry to hear you're feeling blue ..
My thoughts .. it is the weather despite good things going on right now for you.
Doubt you're alone.
Yes I do get that way even when good things are going on.
For me it has to do with the weather as well as being home alone too much.
Cheer up .. you have a lot of friends here who care.
Hoping tomorrow is a much better day for you :)

Rain does that to me too. I think the fact that it's gray and gloomy out, kinda saps your energie. I hope tomorrow is a better day!

I get in a blue mood on a good day too. I think mine has to do with hormones though.
Rain doesn't get me down unless I have to drive in it.

Be happy soon :)

I completely understand. I go through so many moods in one day I can't even count them on one hand.
