I just finished a book by Douglas Kennedy, one of my favorite athors to date.  It was called A Special Relationship.    Briefly:  American war journalist marries British war journalist, moves to London when the dh is transferred back home, to have their child.  What a surprise she encounters as her pregnancy is cut short and she experiences extreme post natal depression.... This is a truly amazing book,,, kept, even me, rivoted to the couch reading until the end.....  there is a court scene, deception, intrigue, fun, sadness......  gee just everything.....  at one point I was so upset at the situation in the book (I won't let on) but I wanted to get up and scream "You lowlife!"     (Of course dh was reading his novel in the same room, so I didn't)

What are YOU reading this week or month ?

I'm about half-way through Atonement by Ian McEwan. I'm really enjoying it.

While I was gone, I read Mitch Albom's new book, For One More Day. It was sweet.
