WE buy fresh however have to freeze it if we buy too soon :)

the military is nice and gives us a turkey from the commissary for the holidays every year(gotta love that) so its frozen and we just have to thaw it out, since we get it 2 days before thanksgiving and 3 days before christmas

when i do buy a turkey it is usually a fresh one the day before i want to cook it. i don't have the freezer space to keep a frozen in.

No, I stuff the turkey breast

....DH likes the stuffing in the bird
to absorb all the
delicious juices.

Mashed potatoes and gravy
some veggies
or a salad
pie and coffee
voila!
