I hope these aren't too personal for anyone.  I tried to keep them general and impersonal. Of course, if any question makes you uncomfortable, feel free to skip it.

1. When you write a check, what line do you fill in first? The amount? The date? What?

2. Do you pay more of your bills with checks or online?

3. Who pays the bills in your household?

4. Who or what was the recipient of the last check you wrote?

5. Do you have checks with a picture on them or plain checks? What color are they, or what picture is on them?

6. What color is your checkbook cover?  Plastic or leather?

7. Do you put account numbers on your checks?

8. Do you keep the checkbook with you (in your pocket or purse) or does your SO keep it? Or don't you carry it with you, usually?

9. Can you balance a checkbook? Do you balance a checkbook, lol?

10. Do you and your SO have a joint checking account, or separate ones?
