I know sometimes I dont explain things really well, esp. on the computer, sorry. The "fake window" I bought it at a county store and its a square wooded frame that is divided into four smaller squares inside the initial frame, just like a window. You could find alot of these in country home cataloges. Its got a tan and ruby red checker bow ontop that hangs like a valance for a window. I promise its much nicer than it sounds lol.
Its my half bath, the bathroom that visitors usually use.

Hard to say without seeing the bathroom, but hmmm are the toilet and sink white, WHAT color is the FLOOR? (That is important) I'm thinking about a light tan or eggshell color for the walls. The window sounds cute BTW.... so keeping in line with the country theme,,, I think I'd go eggshell,

Not much help I am afraid,
How about some sponge painting in a color to match a bit what you have?
Would that work?
Let's hope others have some better ideas for you :)
