Hugs and/or Suzan.....

I clean houses for a living and work 4 to 5 days a week. Most days are 3 to 4 hours and only a couple are 2 hours. Please tell me that that can be counted as a workout. I haven't had time to workout to my DVD's in the a.m. and when I get home in the afternoon, I just don't have time.

TIA!

Hi Michelle,
By all means that counts as heavy duty exercise.
Between bending, stretching, moving & walking ..
Great workout for you.
It counts big time as far as I am concered.

Thanks for confirming what I thought. Now I don't have to feel so guilty if I don't work out in the a.m. first and if I skip a day, like I probably will today(I have the day off)because I'm just plain tired and I feel like I'm getting a cold.
