Someone in here (I think) posted a recipe for a chowder, or something, with hash browns and 2 kinds of corn in it. It sounded good and I wanted to try it, but now I can't find the recipe. I thought it was in the "It's the Weekend..." thread, but either it isn't there or I'm blind.
Does it sound familiar to anyone? ....Maybe it wasn't this board....

Yea, I remember that too and thinking it may have been Fran? Someone will claim it soon though. It did send me on a google search of corn chowder casseroles and this one is simple and sounds delish. I may even make it myself one of these days......

A whole bag of hash browns? One can each of the corns? How much Evaporated milk and
Worshestire sauce? How much bacon and do you cook and crumble your own? I normally use turkey bacon, think that would work? I wonder how ham would work as an option too?
