thank you so much for the words Fran...I wish my mom would just be more open to everything...she is always so worried that she will break up our marriage, but i keep telling her she wont...my sister, her husband, and my mom had another blowout...my sisters crappy husband almost knocked my mom down...i seriously cannot wait til dh re-enlists, cuz i will go back home to Va and drag her with me...but my sister keeps using her kids to keep my mom@ bay...and it always works...i just dont understand how some ppl are so hateful...but im hoping soon around feb/march, ill be able to go out there and get her if need be

Awww..Dawnie..bless your heart! How frustrating that has to be for you with your mom. I so hope for both of your sakes that she changes her mind and moves in with you. For many years my sister and I tried to get our mom to move near either of us, but she would not leave her sisters whom she was very close to. My sis and I could have helped Mom to live a much better life as it was hard for her living where she was. Then she got cancer and and things got even more rough for her, but she still would not move. She's gone now.

Hugs and prayers for you as you struggle with this. I hope your mom can find a way to get her surgeries.

Good to see you here as always.

Yea, you're right and I totally agree, but it's like Fran said....

"I don't know why it's alright for everyone else but not for the one who needs to use one."

I know I just have to do it a few times and it will be okay from then on. I almost did today, talked with John about it, then we got side tracked with washing windows and I never thought about walking again. Maybe tomorrow..or the next day..or the next..LOL!!

Your DH is going to re-enlist?? Really? You're going to raise your kids without him there? Oh, goodness, you'll really need your mom then! I wish you the very best with all of this Dawnie.
