I made your Potato 2 Corn Chowder last night and we liked it a lot! I didn't have much bacon, though, so used some ham and it was very good with that, too.

Thanks for the recipe!

Okay, here it is:

Potato Double Corn Chowder

1 bag, about 16 oz. hash brown potatoes
1 can evaporated milk
1 can creamed corn
1 can sweet corn (undrained)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Put everything in the crockpot and cook 8 hours.
Add some crumbled bacon (or chopped ham) - as much as you like - about 1/2 an hour before serving.

(I did this from memory, so if I missed anything, Hugs will have to correct me).

Did you use the "String" hash browns or the chunked hash browns?

I had the string kind on hand, so I used that kind, but I'm sure the chunky kind would be good, too.
