I have worn drugstore reading glasses for years, and I have pairs all over the house. I keep a little teeny pair in my purse, have a pair in the computer room, a pair in the kitchen, the living room, where I read books most, my nightstand (though I seldom use those - hate to read in bed) and even in with the magazines in the bathroom, LOL! As must be obvious, I need them to read pretty much any

As you know, John is a "ittle do" kind of guy. He has the old fashioned bifocals. He is due for an eye exam though and he will get new glasses and they will be progressive. In his BD life..that would be Before Donna..lol..he saw no value in spending money on himself personally. Hence the clothing that needs replacing..almost all of it..glasses, haircut, shoes, jackets are okay though, and anything else that I feel needs updating. It's a big job, but I'm up for it. Someone has to do it and it sure as heck wouldn't be him! LOL!! He's wearing one of his new outfits today that I got him and looking quite lovely. Thank goodness he likes the new look too.

We're on our way in a bit to go to the hospital for his sister's colon surgery, so he dressed up a bit.
