Can I swap out sweet potatoes for cranberries? I love turkey, mashed potatoes and cranberries.

His cheesecake takes like 6 hours and 50 million steps to make. I doubt he will make it this year though. I guess I can offer to do it. It isn't hard, just very very time consuming.

I say forget it and find the nearest Cheesecake Factory.....LOL

Turkey Soup...a great big pot! All the stock from the broth I make for gravy and any other I've saved up for the last few days. I have my DH slice up the rest of the "bird"....saving the bones that I brown in the oven...then break up and put into the stock pot.....I add celery greens, celery, onion, crushed fresh garlic and let it simmer down for awhile. Before straining broth I do my actual soup ingredients....celery ribs, onions, carrots, etc. all chopped and ready for the broth! Added to broth I also season with poultry season, onion, garlic powders, celery seed, etc. and simmer until veggies are tender, but not overcooked. I often add whole wheat pasta and some of the dressing, cubed potatoes..whatever I feel like at the moment! When ready a basket of mixed breads/rolls and dinners/lunches/snacks are ready!!

Now I think I'll have to
