After all of yesterdays events I am ready for some quiet, yet it eludes me still. My husbands prodigal brother reappeared at Thanksgiving last night after being gone and unreachable (a P.I. was even hired 6 months ago to find him wiht no luck). We found this out as my husband was walking out the door for work and I was getting ready to come home from my folks for the night. I ended up taking my kids to my husbands family for several hours. I wasn't plannign on this. I don't do inlaw things without hubby. It isn't exactly "safe". My brother in law made it safe adn "protected" me from problems. This morning the baby woke at 5 so we went to walmart. Crazy, I know. Then I ended up getting the day off of work after all so I took hubby to see his brother before his brother left town again. Got home around 9:30 and cleaned cleaned cleaned. I am expecting my sis and her hubby any time. My nephew is being dropped off soon adn my folks will be here by 2. We are driving an hour away to see "the coming in of the cranes." Apparently there is a small lake where thousands of these birds come to all at dusk, pretty much all at once. Whatever. My dad wants to take the kids so we will go. I imagine dinner is in those plans too. Then after that hubby is taking the kids to his aunts (where I am not welcome) to see his folks one last time before they leave in the morning. Fine with me, I am planning on being in bed by 7. Tomorrow I work at 4am. I hope hope hope I have nothing else to do tomorrow. Sunday I have to teach preschool and am then hoping for nothing nothing nothing, except laundry. Feels like the weekend has already happened anyway.

I stll have 4 crates of christmas stuff to go through...lots of work, but love it!

I have 3 of just ornaments. I have another 3 of decorations plus the tree itself. Just the thought of it is sooooo overwhelming to me that I will procrastinate a lot on this. I hate the mess and never want to spend that much time on a project. I haven't even decorated the tree the last few years. DH did it with Cassidy alone. He will also decorate quite a bit too but he just buys new instead of going through the old. And the thought of taking it down, put me to bed now. LOL It is sooo pretty when it is up and I love it but it is sooo overwhelming.

The wood stove heater, is also hauled up. You might have guessed i like christmas...lol. The from yard is so bright a co worker of dh's asked if we had brought in any planes LMBO!!

LOL on your dh. you need to get him started on the yard and let the new decorations for inside slow a bit LOL. soon you will have no room LOL

Thomas' ex girlfriends mom is a christmas nut. Thomas says you can not count all the santas...she starts putting them out in october and some never go away. Now that is nuts!! LMBO!!
