Dh is installing our new tv. Yes, we finally got one. It's very nice looking (and very big!), but I'm worried I won't be able to use all its features (or figure them out) when it's finally in. And, meanwhile, the living room is full of stuff that didn't get put away after decorating the place (which upsets me enough with its changes and decisions, lol), and there is tearing out of a shelf and putting up of a new shelf going on. And moving things around, and making a Godawful noise in the garage.... and I'm so tense inside (I put on a brave front) I can barely think straight!
The cat's all freaked, which doesn't help anything, either. I told her I know how she feels, but I don't resort to racing wildly around the house (much as I'd like to). That's it! With my aversion to change and dissarray, I must be part cat, lol!
So, I'm here, all upset inside, hoping the pretty new tv won't give me a headache when the time comes to try to use it!

Anne,dont stress,this will pass.
Hope you get everything finished as fast as possable.
Enjoy your new t.v.,you will figure out all the options.

You're a smart woman, you can figure it out. If your DH would be willing, have him figure it out and then
Well, I'm getting used to the tv. I can use the cable remote I'm used to, so that helps, and I've figured out some of the buttons I'll want on the tv's remote, to change the picture's brightness (I didn't know I had three choices, depending on room light and/or what I'm watching!). And if the wide screen aspect seems too big or stretched, I can resize it to a more "normal" aspect.
I'll get used to it. And I have to admit, I bet the Packer game today will be amazing on "the big screen"!
As for the bins, all those have been taken downstairs and put.... somewhere (good thing we're not having company down there!). My living room now looks pretty good - and very seasonal - and modern, lol. I'll try to attach a picture of it (well, mostly the tv, because dh took it, lol, but the tree is in there, as well as the bookcase.)
