and I'm soooo happy about it,,,,,  just got down to it this afternoon and for some odd reason it worked out fine the first time around.  Wrapped the crust in plastic wrap (Saran wrap) and it's in the freezer. Feels like a cloud lifted from my shoulders...  I know strange me,, but  that's how it is, feels like I won the lottery! LOL


BTW, I did fine with that thin rolling stick.... tomarrow: some cookies.


Oh, and XMAS tree is decorated and the other deco is up also,, and that's all I'm doing this year.  Now just need to find a turkey to bake....  not so easy either... will let ya know on that one.

Good for you! BTW, have you considered maybe baking a ham in lieu of a turkey for Christmas? I think I'm going to stuff a salmon like I did last year. Family isn't too big on ham, but they do love salmon.
