After reading Fran's post I thought I would ask:  When you order chinese , thai, etc take out (or go out to a place), what do you like to order?

I really like veggies dishes. Since I'm not big into eating noodles, once in a while I'll indulge in pho (pronounced fuh), however I stick mostly with veggies and occasionally seafood or chicken. I don't do tofu. . .ick.

Actually I did pretty good in HK and Macau. Our friends in HK took us out to a Cantonese restaurant which was really good. We left it up to Jerry and Diane to do the ordering as they knew what was the best Cantonese dishes were. Then hubby and I had Portuguese food on Macau and Japanese on the last day I was in HK. Only one day we actually had American food and that was because I was extremely desperate for salad (you know how it is at our age. . .roughage??? LOL). Hubby and I (or mostly me) are not big eaters when we travel. Not because we don't enjoy the assorted new ethnic foods, but we just are so busy that we tend to forget to eat.

We passed on the floating garden place.
