Please Rusty, you are very kind in wanting to share your snow fall, but I can reasure you that it is ok we really do not want to get more snow than we have already had. Today was an awful day as it was snowing and blowing and the roads were slippery and I wanted to get home so that I could light my menorah candles. I don't have anymore children here at home, but I still enjoy lighting them. Here at home I am fortunate enough to celebrate both Hanukkah and Christmas as my husband is not Jewish and so we do both and we love it.

So,girlfriend, you keep all the snow you have gotten as we are already fed up with what we have gotten here till now. ha ha ha I know that the winter has just begun but I have to tell you, I wish it was finished and then again, I don't want to rush the days, weeks, months or years as it goes by fast enough. Tomorrow is my 61st birthday and I still can not believe that I am in my sixties. Where has the time gone, it definitely does not stay in one place.

Rusty, you will definitely see me in the new year as I love playing in The Sand Box even at 61 and of course the gals here are just wonderful and I am so pleased to have all of yous as my friends.

Love ya, have a good holiday , enjoy, and be safe :)

Hi Suzan thanks for asking, the baby is doing just great. She is just precious and I will add some pictures for you and everyone to see. Friday, I picked up my granddaughter and her little one from the bus terminas as she was coming in for the holidays and was going to meet her baby sister for the first time. It was a very touching moment. I will definitely try to be here during the holidays, it is just that we are going to my daughter's for Christmas Day so I told her that I would help her by doing some baking and some cooking as well. Then on the 29th my girlfriend and her husband are coming down for 3 days as they want to spend New Years with us, so if I do have a chance in between all of these hustle and bustle I will check in with you gals for sure.

Here are some pictures that I would like to share with you all. Have a great day :)

Thanks Hilary and the same to you and your family. Yes I have been quite busy here for a long time, but......like I say, if we are going to be busy I sure hope it will always be for good things.

I will try to be in touch with everyone during the holidays though it may be a little difficult as I will be cooking and baking to help my daughter as we are going to be there for Christmas Day, and we are also going to have some friends visit with us for a few days till New Years Day, so I don't know if I will have the opportunity to be on the computer. If not, I will see everyone of yous in the New Year to come.

So, again, Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to you and your family. Be well, enjoy, and be safe.

((hugs))

I don;t know what Mother Nature is thinking either, but I think that her hormones are upside down, and maybe she should think of taking some hormone replacement pills. LOL!!! Maybe that will get her back on track again.

We had a load of snow this morning, but thank goodness the snow has stopped falling for now anyways, and so I quess I will go out after breakfast and do some shoveling. YUCKY!!!!

Oh well, what can we do, this is something that is not in our control so I quess we will just have to learn to live with it.
