Just wondering what you all are reading this year?  Love to say that...

I finally finished the one I was reading and started a new book by Julie Garwood: Heartbreaker...  that should be good..  liked the first few pages and that is a plus...   ;O)

Does anyone ever read the classics?  I'm planning to read a few this year...  Silas Marner is the first on my list and in my nightstand drawer TBR.

Oh, crap, I feel like I just got caught...again!! Whenever I see, "What are you reading?", I have to decide to not reply or fess up that I'm still reading the same book that I've been reading for a year now!! Okay, it's true, I confess, I'm still reading "Three Cups of Tea" and am only half way through! I have read a couple of other books in between as this is a good pick up put down kind of book, but I do hope I finish it one of these years!

So there you have it since you asked...LOL!!

I also started "Three to Get Deadly" by Janet Evanovich a couple of months ago, but it's just okay. I haven't gotten that far, but not thinking I'll finish it. It got good ratings, but I don't think there's any romance in it. I

I just finished The Host by Stephanie Meyer .... she of the Twilight Books .... took me awhile to get into it .... but eventually I had trouble putting it down .... she had a very good Moral of the Story in this book ...

Now ... my downstairs book is "Just after Sunset" by Stephen King ... a series of new short stories .... so far, so good!

My Upstairs book is "The Comforts of a Muddy Saturday" by Alexander McCall Smith who is absolutely one of my most favorite authors lately .... opening a book by him and reading the first page is like settling into my favorite spot ever!
