I did get out today, it was nice and I was ahead of the traffic so had no problems there. I opted for a smaller less spectacular mall that is close to home but I had not been too. Got a prime place parking right at the front door. I bought all sorts of things for the home,, toothpaste /brush holders, a scatter rug , some serving dishes in glass, pot holders, groceries, and a mop and a ladder... (so am washing some sheers right now as I type.)
Now here's the thing: they also have a pet shop there so I went in to buy a new brush for Coffee as the one i'm using is not getting through to the bottom layer of fur, (she has a really really thick coat now.. ) and we play beauty parlor once everyday and her ears 2x a day, brush her teeth once a day. So I got the brush and was on my way out when I passed the cages. All precious at various ages and then came the 7 week old cocker spaniel that looked like coffee but only 7 weeks.. soooo tiny and curled up in a tight ball, just trying to lift the little head and look at me,,, (thinking that 's how coffee must have looked , same color),, anyway the sales person came right over and asked if I would like to buy her,,, I just looked up at him and started crying... so I ran out of the store. Still crying as I type,,, I already em'd dh and told him we had to move to a farm.
ohhhhhh dear. I know this sounds so silly of me, but I can't help it...

Hi Miriam,
my travel schedule varies.
Miss Holly loves to walk on her leash when the weather cooperates
She is doing better & better each time we go out
She still scratches quite a bit :(
We've left them all on the same food for now
When switching it is such a long process.
We're going to wait til spring if we change them
My guess is she is about 5 pounds ..
Will know Friday when they all go to the beauty parlor.
Not too tall but tall enough
She can't/won't jump on the couch
She is smaller than the others but they all get along great
You are just great, I couldn't travel like that even if I wanted to because.....I do not fly. Everyone was on my back for a long time even to try taking the plane from here to Toronto which is not a very long trip from Montreal, but I always said,"If g-d wanted me to fly he would of given me wings." LOL!!! Ok so call me chicken but that isn't going to get me on a plane. ha ha ha
Actually, I love to travel by car, bus or train. I prefer the car as we can stop off at different places and browse etc.
HI Miriam,
you'd half to ask Rusty cause she is a bit wary of flying too, but made the trip all the way to Alaska last year... and is planning another one.
Which is our recliner .. she spends most of her time sleeping in it.
Misty does sit on the couch when she wants.
I put Holly on when I sit so we sit together :)
Suzan you are sooooo sweet, but you are not telling me anything that others haven't already. Not interested in flying at all.
Your statement about flying is safer than traveling by bus or car, well, that too has been told to me, and I will always travel with anything that is on the ground. I don't like heights and definitely would never go on a plane even if it was a short trip as 10 minutes.
I can compremise on almost anything, but......flying, no way josee ha ha ha
Have a super day,& give that Coffee a hug and a kiss on her head from me.
Our oldest sleeps all day so not too much playing with her, LOL
Middle furkid yes a bit
