Haven't done this in a long time! (I'm having salad for dinner so remembered to post this).
If you were having a salad for lunch/dinner today,  what would yours have in it..?

my salad tonight is:

lettuce, pieces of leftover steak cut into strips, avocado, corn, cukes, green pepper, carrots, raisins and a kiwi.  A surprise salad .....  oh and olive oil and balsamico vinegar.   I'll let you know how the kiwi tastes in it. I always throw in some raisins..

Ouuu..salad..Yum-O!! John can't imagine eating salad as a meal. He'll eat it when it comes with a meal in a restaurant, but not by itself. Me, on the other hand, love salad!! Now that I'm thinking about it, I'll have to get some soon. I don't make it at home though, too many items to cut up. I like keep it simple meals.

My favorites are...Spinach salad from YiaYia's, my favorite restaurant includes...spinach, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, red onion, and something else that I'm forgetting

I like just about everything except pepper. I'll add salmon, shrimp, chicken, sometimes beef/chicken for taco salad, feta cheese in lieu of salad dressing, croutons, black olives and whatever strikes my fancy.
