OH you don't want the lower back problem to become an emergency , I know from experience that is NOT the way to go...

The book I'm reading is by Sue Grafton....M is for Malice.....It really is very slow reading and I'm skipping some of it because it seems unimportant to the story.....My sis just finished one of her books and felt the same as me about a lot of unnecessary words....I'll finish it but probably won't read another Grafton book....

Yes, I take ibuprofen pretty regularly, and take 3 most of the time. I've even been told by my doc that I can take 4 twice a day as a muscle relaxant. She said it's the same strength as prescription ibuprofen, but not as expensive. But she did caution me not to take that many more than once or twice a day and only if I really needed it (it was for a bad stiff neck I had). But for my headaches and backache, sometimes, I'll take 3.

I've been trying Aleve, because dh has a sore shoulder and his doc told him to take Aleve twice a day. It seems to work for his shoulder, but doesn't do much (as far as I can tell) for my back.

But I promise, if it doesn't get better, or gets worse, in the next few months, I'll see my doc and ask her to refer me to a specialist, if she can't tell what's wrong.

Hmm... I didn't know that. My doc knows I take ibuprofen and never said anything.
