When was the last time your guy got his cholesterol checked? Ordered grilled fish instead of a cheeseburger? Does he even know the signs of a heart attack? Does he even sabotage your efforts to be heart-healthy? Today show expert Dr. Nancy Snyderman and BeWell expert Dr. Marianne Legato will answer your questions on how to get the man in your life-- whether it's your husband, brother, father or friend -- to be more heart healthy here on Tuesday, February 17 and Wednesday, February 18. Submit your questions now. (And be sure to tune in to see Dr. Nancy Snyderman talk about men and their hearts on the Today show February 16, 17, and 18!)

That's one thing we do right - years ago I stopped eating much red meat, and so so did dh. I make most casseroles with turkey meat, or sausage and have chicken or fish most other nights.

I wish I was as healthy as my husband! His colesterol is good while I am on medication for mine. We are very fortunate though as that is all that is wrong except for having to cope with my chronic pain due to mulitple surgeries for scoliosis. The problem is that we don't exercise enough. We are working on improving that and I am working on losing weight. He is at his ideal weight..lucky duck!!

We follow Dr. Oz's YOAD way of eating. It's the only foods we buy and eat at home except for occasions when we just want a little bit of something bad/good. Restaurants is where we get into trouble though as there are very few, if any, healthy choices in restaurants. No matter how well I choose menu items, eliminating add ons, etc, I always weigh 2 lbs more the next day after eating out. When we go out often, it adds up. In restaurants, I don't fuss
