1. When was the last time you did some form of exercise and what was that? do private sessions count??
2. Will you be watching the Oscars on Sunday? No doesn't intrest me .
3. When did you last go to a mall, what did you buy ? to a mall....a month ago?? or so. Most of our big chain stores are in the same area in our cities...just many are not joined anymore.
Ie: sears, wal-mart, canadian tire, peavy mart, they are all seperate or joined but you have to enter the stores from the outside now.
I was last shopping almost 3 weeks ago.

This week we have all started on 1%.
It is a start to heathier living.
I have steamed veggies or eaten them raw for years, lean meats grilled or some way to get rid of fat...ect.
We were never much for desert here ever.
I am, so proud we are eating better. The wild meet we hunt and fish helps too!

Yes, they do have those here and I used them after various surgeries I've had. I prefer to walk though and use a walker, a large one with larger wheels and a seat. What I don't like though, and didn't like when I was better able to walk either, is when I want to go to one store and then another that is way the heck down another end of the mall. It takes too much time. I much prefer to park in front of a store in an outdoor mall, finish in that store, get into my car and go to another store. Yes, I could do that at the indoor mall too and have many times, but it is still more walking and takes more time

Our closest city here has a mall, but the stores in it are not great anymore. Walmart has a new store, and so does canadian tire. So i do park basicaslly in front of the stores i use. So i get what you mean. It is nice to take the stuff to the truck and lock it in. otherwise you have the staff at the next store checking your bags, at times. Annoying too!
