It is now 11:10 pm and I was just about to get ready for bed, as I have a terrible cold , but since I have not had the opportunity to check in with all my wonderful friends here at the Sand Box earlier I thought I would do that now.
I think that i had mentioned that I have my daughter and her family here with me until there new home is ready. They are now with me for almost 3 weeks, so I have been quite busy here. Instead of just my hubby and I, we are now 8 people in this house. Last weekend my granddaughter and my great grandson came in for the weekend and I had 10. As much as I loved having them all here I have to tell you that I was totally exhausted and still am.
My daughter is a wonderful girl, and has been helping me out with laundry, cooking etc as she feels very badly about them all being here, but....like I told her, we are family, and I would not expect them to be any where else for this period of time. They are suppose to go to the notary to sign their papers in 2 weeks.
Tomorrow my agent is bringing this women to see our house and I think this may be someone that has seen it before. If this is her second visit I would think that this is a good sign that she may put in an offer.
So, enough about me, how are you all doing? Hope that you are all well and in good spirits and still having a ball playing here in the Sand Box. I know for me, I miss it alot.
Well, it is that time, where I must go and take some Advils and jump into my warm bed, So you all take care and I will try to check in again, a little more often.
Love ya and miss you all ((((((hugs)))))))))

Thanks sweetie, right now I am feeling crappy and today we have a visitor for our
i hope you start feeling better soon.
yes, if the person is coming for a second look i would say that's a good sign.
Thanks Ellen. Actually they just left and it was not the same person at all. This was a young couple and they were very impressed with our home. Now time will tell, as they saw others and they are continuing looking.
So, now we will just have to have patience if it is not them it will be someone else. As my agent said, he is not worried as this house will definitely sell, with no problems.
So, now I am going to go out for some fresh air and we are going to look at some new homes which have open houses to day, from different contractors.
Hi Miriam.....good to see you....sorry you're not feeling well.....
No wonder you're exhausted with all the company you have....As much as you love having them there, I'm sure you'll enjoy the quiet again:-)
Take good care of yourself and try to rest as much as possible....
Well Fran, eventually it all catches up to you. I don't think it is going to be much longer as my daughter is really anxious to leave, not because she is not comfortable here, she loves being here with us, and knows this is her second home away from home, but...it is definitely not the same when you don't have your own place. The routine is not the same and she knows that I am really exhausted. Being only 2 people and then being 8 is a big
Miriam..good to see you!! Glad things are going well even though it is understandably exhausting for you. I hope your cold goes away fast. Try to rest as you are able.
Hope this looker turns out to be a buyer!!
I am doing well, just busy being lazy part of the time and busy having fun the other part of the time..lol!!
Take good care and come back soon!
Hi Donna,
So nice to hear from you again. Well, we had our visitors this afternoon and in the early part of the evening my agent called to say he has an offer on the table which he will present to us tomorrow at 6:00pm. I am hoping that this will be a good offer as we already have one in with the condition that they sell their house, but....if we like this offer then the other couple has 3 days to decided whether they will still
HI Miriam,
