Lala

Lately i have been lucky and havebeensleeping...but i am on a sleeping pill full time too. after surgery i hope to go off most if not all drugs. The sleeping pill is non addictive that is why the dr put me on it. I can sleep without...but i don't sleep as much. I need my sleep and health right now to keep healthy so i can get he surgery and recover faster too.

In the summer...off the pill i was up till 2 some mornings. Then up again between 5 and 6. I had to have a 2-3 house nap in the middle of the day.

I would quietly clean house, water outdoor plants, weed(by the light of the moon, swim when the pool was up, take the dog for a walk, laundry at 5am and on theclothes line(it is down now but we will put another up...of some sort anyway. It was crazy...but i was in pretty good shape...minus the bleeding and the galbladder pain. You can get a lot done at 5am with your jammies on and blissful quiet!

Morning Janelle

I too would love to loose weight. I am always busy...just have to watch myself. I am waiting on a hysdarectomy/bladder lift., and gallblader surgery. i have weeks and weeks that i have my period and get real sickly. i can't do anything during these times...or the bleeding gets worse. The pool will be up again this summer and i will love it!Great exersize and easy on the joints too. i have degenerative disc disease, and a bad hip. now toss in the new knee injury and a heal spur. i am a mess.
Looking forward to getting the surgeries done and feeling better and making myself better.
