When you were young. Did your family cook the chicken necks and feet?

My mom use to cook them. They didn't have much meat on them, but they were good.

Yes to the Necks .... because my grandfather LOVED them and he always came over for Sunday Lunch ... which was always oven-fried chicken .... thanksfor that little memory ...

No to the Chicken feet .... they were never part of the chicken

My sister used to cook marinated smoked tongue. It kind of creeped me out, but it did taste good! It made tasty cold sandwiches the next day too.

I've never eaten heart or brains or "mountain oysters" either. I think I could do just fine making it through the rest of my life without these experiences..LOL!!
