Hello my dear friends, I finally have a few minutes here to myself so I decided to check in here at the Sand Box and see how everyone is. I miss you all and looking forward to being back here all the time as I use to.

The house is coming along, they finished digging and tomorrow they are putting in the forms and on Tuesday they will be pouring for the foundation. I am really excited about it. I am being a child and marking off the weeks on the calender. We now have 8 weeks to go for the house to be completed. I am hoping that by the 20th of May we will be moving into our new home.

So, enough about me, how is everyone doing. Hope that you are all well and in good spirits. The weather here in Canada is sunny, still a little cool but Spring is here and I am hoping that as each day goes by it will begin getting nicer and nicer.

Does anyone have specific plans for the summer holidays? I know perhaps it is a little early for planning summer vacations but I know a few people who have planned to go away already.

Here is wishing you all a great Sunday. Keep well and I will check in again as soon as I have another few spare minutes to myself.

(((((((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))

Hi Rusty, so happy to hear from you. Yes I have pictures of our new house going up as well as some new pictures of Destiny. I will send you some pictures of the house going up and of course my precious Destiny. She is sooooooo sweet and such a happy baby.

As for summer plans, we are not going anywhere this year as building our new home is costly enough and so we will save going away for another year. I am not a person who likes to travel a lot, though I do like to go places, but I enjoy being at home more. I am very much like my dad was, he loved his home and he enjoyed puttering around, as my mom like to go to different places, which they did as they compremised all the time just as my hubby and I do.

So here are some of those pictures and I will wish you a wonderful day filled with lots of sunshine and laughter.

You are so welcome Rusty and thank you for being interested enough to want to see our precious Destiny. She is now at her other grandmother's with my daughter and they will be there until tomorrow night. I already miss her. Imagine after we move it will be difficult for us as well. Even though she will be living next door, I am so used to waking up and seeing her little face and my daughter gives me the honor of changing her right in the morning. Of course my hubby and I play with her constantly during the day when she is not sleeping. Our grandchildren are very important and very precious to us.

The sun is shining but still a bit cold, but the snow is melting and we see a lot of the grass which puts a smile on my face :)

So, on that note, have a good day, hon.
