Good Morning, afternoon or night, whenever you show up ;O)
Hope you all had a nice weekend.
Weather is overcast today, supposed to drop in temps,, we could REALLY REALLY use some nice hot weather. Please pray for NO rain for us today. As I was telling Mirimam in her thread,,, we had heavy rain on Sunday. When ds got to his new office this morning he found it had flooded (he's on ground floor) . He just finished the renovation end of January, all the new walls (plasterboard so they really act like sponges) have sopped up about 2 feet of water, all the furniture is ruined, the carpet etc. Dh and ds are trying to figure out if it was the rain or something in inside when haywire. I'm hoping something inside as we can not control the rain and the floods. sigh. I feel really bad for him, he's just getting his feet off the ground. I'll let you know how this progresses.

I did pilates for several months ... but stopped about 6 weeks ago when my friend who went with me got a job .... back in class today everyone was really glad to see me, including the instructor .... but oh boy was I out of shape for the class .... I survived but I wasn't able to

Today I got fitted for my spika splint and then I felt sick for the rest of the day because I took some pain meds before they came because I didn't how much movement they were gonna do, which turned out to be next to none, so since I don't take them often, it didnt' made me feel to go for most of the day. But I did sleep alot.
Wednesday or Thursday the latest they bring it back and I'm outta my room!!! LOL!!! See ya next month!!! No I'm just kidddddddding!!!
How easy is pilaties? I've always wanted to do that, but I don't know if I'd break something trying to do it. LOL!!!
I'll tell you .... it LOOKS really easy ... but ... IT IS NOT!!!
Same with Yoga .....
But it is really good for you ....
If you have cable or satellite look for FitTV and watch some of that ... they do pilates and yoga on there regularly ...
glad you had your fitting. that will be great when you get the splint put on :O)
sure hope your tummy is settled from taking the meds.
