I bought Turkey Bacon. It was good, but a little tough. How do you cook it? How do you know when it is done?

Do you cook it in oil? I didn't use oil. I put it in a nonstick skillet.

Turkey bacon is ok but I prefer the "real stuff" when I have it....which isn't often anymore:-)

Butterball turkey bacon is my favorite and the only kind we use at home. I prefer it over regular bacon as it's a wee bit less strong in flavor and much more healthy. It doesn't need anything in the pan. Just put it in a skillet and warm until slightly browned on each side. Pat with paper towels and enjoy!

I haven't fixed bacon in awhile, but I'd use a small amount oil so it won't stick, just like you would fix regular bacon.
