....It's snowing!!! It's not sticking and has almost stopped, but still..snow on Palm Sunday?!! Now that's just nuts!! LOL!! Temps should only hit 39*F today too..Nuts I tell ya!!
I'm watching a Mama Mallard and Papa Mallard make their way across the land beyond my back yard. The grass was freshly cut two days ago and everything looks so nice. My sweet little Mama Sparrow is still doing well and sitting on the nest on my front porch. I don't remember how long it takes for eggs to hatch, but I hope it warms up more before that happens.
Well, I hope you're all enjoying this Holy Palm Sunday day and are taking time to relax. We're off to church in a bit. I love when the kiddies walk down the aisle waving live palm branches, such a special time. Then we all get a branch to take home with us. I keep mine tucked into a corner at the top of a decorative mirror in my living room.
Okay, I've blathered long enough..see ya's later.
PS...If Ellen comes around again today, or when she does, I hope she tells about her son's wedding that was this past weekend. I peeked into another board to see how it went. Some things went wrong, but everything came out good in the end and it was a good day.

I love all the new nature babies too..except that new spiders will be born too. I hate spiders with a passion!! I don't care if they eat other bugs, they can eat someone else's bugs and stay away from my house!!
Grumpy aren't I?! LOL!! Well, I am when it comes to spiders!! ;-)
That's sad that your church didn't have the palm parade. I love that time. I didn't get last year's palm branch to church before Ash Wednesday and didn't know how to discard it today. Sooo..I googled it of course..lol! It said to burn it or bury it in the garden as some farmers believe it will bless the coming year's crop. That's what I'll do, bury it in the flower bed tomorrow. We now have two new
John and I are wanting to visit our Botanical Gardens to see the tulips, but it's just not warm enough yet. I'll call them to see how long the season for them are.
Glad you had a nice Palm Sunday and not doing much is nice too. After church they had a dinner that I'd forgotten that they were going to have. We went to that and there were so many people there they had to set up more tables. Nice! It was Italian foods.
