HI there,
What's up with you all ? How'ya feeling? What'cha doing? What's for dinner?
I arrived safely. Slept like a log, that felt good. Coffee is here with me today. Been out for a nice walk, C had some doggie interaction that is going well, she stills dislikes kids . (I'm thinking too much noise and too many hands and action in her face LOL) Do you remember those wild dogs that were attacking us? WEll, there is an america guy who lives around here and walks 2 dogs,, wild ones that he caught and trained and gives a home to. Well he stopped me to let me know that the wild strays are not there anymore (which I had noticed). Seems a little boy from one of the other buildings got mauled and severly bitten while playing in the park and of course is in the hospital. So someone took it upon themselves to rid the area of that pack of wild strays,,,, poisoned chicken bones... the american guy was just warning me so that we take another route, not that C comes across remnants of one of those bones. Scary... I really feel badly for those dogs,,, it's not their fault they are wild,, it's us humans who make them like that etc.. and I would never poison them,, but I can certainly understand why the father or mother of that poor little boy might think to do it...
While we were out on our walk we bought some fresh peas in the pod and ground beef, and fresh flat beans and some melons etc... so I got busy and am making fresh cooked peas with dilled ground beef sauce, some beans with olive oil , toms, fresh garlic and onions,, etc... oh yes and stuffed green peppers and zuchinnis... got some nice country yogurt to go with the stuffed peppers. Today and Tuesday's meals will be ready.
So what's up with you,,,

I'm glad you don't have to worry about the wild dogs, but it's too bad a child had to be mauled before something was done.

yes, i don't blame whoever did take care of the dogs, but wish there was a more humane way to do it.
well, our weekend went swimmingly. our dinner saturday night was great. dh enjoyed it very much and loved his birthday cake and we actually do have a little bit of it left. our guests stayed until after 10, so i guess they had a good time too.
the couple go to our church and yesterday the gentleman told one of the other ladies in church "this woman can cook!!!!!" made me feel really good.

i will do laundry tomorrow and again friday morning. have to decide what i am taking and see if i can get everything in one suitcase. we have to be able to fit a new recliner in my isuzu rodeo on the way back.

i had a nice day at work.it was very busy day- all day...right up to closing.
My mind is still on the loss of sweet little featherbaby Daisy, but here goes...my week.....
Not feeling well this morning. I didn't sleep hardly at all last night, no reason why, not worried about anything, my mind was all over the place, just would not fall asleep. I didn't eat anything unusual, no caffiene, took a nap yesterday afternoon, but that normally does not effect my sleeping..I just don't know. So, kind of groggy headed today,
Suzan, I'm glad you had a good sleep and you are enjoying the company of Coffee today.
We're doing good here. I'm just cleaning the house and waiting for a delivery. Career Girl ordered an arrangement to be delivered to me today as a surprise, but hubby spilled the beans yesterday. . .oops. She called earlier to see if they have arrived yet. Nope.
Otherwise, the party for hubby went off without a hitch and everybody had a great time.
Suzan, that is so sad about the little boy. Sure hope he will be alright. Ridding the area of the wild dogs is a good idea but not in that way, for sure...good thing that man was able to warn you....always better safe than sorry...
We just got home a little while ago and
This morning I went to the doctor and things were good. I go back Friday of next week to hopefully have my cast taken off. The doc is super nice and I like him. Me nor him are gonna jump up and do rods, but its in talks so then I know what I want and what works best for me.
