Rain or shine, let's all try to do some sort of exercise today,,,  let us know what you plan to do and hopefully it makes you feel revitalized..  (rain or shiine..... no excuses today..)  Sorry , I know you  all hate me today...    LOL

Where am I? I thought I was at the Sandbox, but it's feeling like the F&H board..I'm so confused!! LOL!!


My exercise today..this morning we walked all around the field in back of my grandlove's school as it is their Feild Day and full of fun activities! We made it through the morning session of DGD's and we'll be going back for the afternoon session of DGS's. Pushing my walker over rough grassy grounds trying to keep

I walked. Not as far as the store, but a walk, anyway. I felt pretty good.

I walked around the grocery store for an hour and 10 min. I hope that counts because I don't plan to do anything else:-)

Of course it counts : in my mind anything that gets us up and off our bums can be considered exercise...

I wanted to do extra shopping to get ready for the kids summer vacation. I buy a lot of foods we don't usually have in the house. They don't eat meat so I have to buy veggie products for them. My grocery bill goes up quite a bit too.
