Little diva is moving on to an adult food now. My goodness time flies.  We have to slowly add the new food into the puppy chow,, so this is what ds  chose..  (special for sensitive skin, no animal by products in it)

Salmon and brown rice with sun dried tomatoes, blueberry pomice and sweet potatoes....  gee my dh said,, I'm an adult,, think I'll have that for dinner.    LOL

I wanted to attach some new photos but somehow they are too big,,  so I exceed my limit,,, hmmmmmm darn!

Coffee's dinner sounds pretty good to me!

I'm having chicken tonight, cooked in a lime-garlic sauce, with yellow rice and green peas. And a green salad.

Salmon, rice, asparagus and salad.

I didn't cook that last night since it was way too hot out and nobody felt like eating.

I'll be making a pot roast for Sundays' dinner in my crock pot. Carrots, potatoes, veggies,

Well, we went to Saundra's for dinner tonight and as expected, there was nothing healthy about the meal. She served spaghetti..not whole wheat..meat sauce..more meat than sauce and I'm sure high fat..green beans..not bad, but I don't know what type of butter or buttery spread was used..cucumber macaroni salad that someone else brought that was really good, light and refreshing..but I don't know what type of dressing was used and it was not whole wheat pasta..garlic bread..not whole wheat..strawberry shortcake made with sugar on the strawberries, white flour biscuits..and that was it. I'll get back to my healthy eating tomorrow and will not weigh for two days as I know I've gained water weight from this. ::sigh:: Life would be so much easier for me

You got lucky then Suzan,
Be glad Coffee is that kind of dog that her stomach digests new foods so well.
Well when we go for other two annual check up ..
Will ask that Holly have a cortizon shot .. so still scratching.
The furkids sitters did great except ..
No one brushed Holly which I knew.
She went to groomers the day before we got home.
She was shocked, LOL

Yea, me too, when at someone's house, I eat whatever is served. It's frustrating for me though when I'm losing weight and I know that meal will take me two days to get off. I had one small serving of strawberry shortcake, but I did have two small
