doctor update

well, i have been to two doctors in two days more than enough for this month. lol
yesterday was the cardiologist because my b/p has been running really low and that was really concerning me. he would not take me off my med because he said as a diabetic my b/p needs to stay as close to 120/80 as possible. yeah but when it's running 98/60, hello that's not close. oh well, he cut the med in half and i go back to see him next month.
today was the podiatrist. he gave me three options: try another med, injections or surgery. i opted for the other med. call me chicken but i just think i should try the med first. however, if it doesn't work in a couple of weeks i will call and go back in and then set up the surgery which he told me is inevitable. this is in my left foot, my little toe has no feeling at all it just kinda hangs there. even though the tests show that more damage is in the right foot, he says he listens to what the patient tells him and i am telling him that the left foot is worse, which it is. he also said it's like carpal tunnel syndrome but in the feet and eventually i will most likely have to have it done to the right foot too, just not now.
if it has to be done, it has to be done next month because i am going to go and spend three weeks with my mom the end of august and i have to be well for that.
so, that is what is happening right now. i will let ya'll know if the med works or not. plus he told me i could use biofreeze on my feet to help with the burning and pain. i have some here so will try that and see.
have a great afternoon,
