What's for dinner tonight?

It's too hot to do much cooking,, no baking for sure...  so I'm just making a veggie dinner with fresh beans and  yogurt dish, country bread, watermelon for dessert. 


What about you?  (what do you cook when it gets really to hot to spend much time in the kitchen) (I also don't feel much like eating when it so hot...)

Oh, I guess I'll just make spaghetti tonight. Then we'll have that for left overs tomorrow night too. I'll use bite sized chicken tenderloin pieces in the sauce instead of ground beef for a meat sauce and I

I was going to put a roast in the crock pot...but that will be tomorrow now LOL


I think this will be a smkies and some potato dish . also cream corn, i think...easy.


i have the pond cleaned now...ready for the 2 day rain they say is coming! i still want to change the pool filter today yet.


Ps: i bakes 4 batches of muffins yesterday. blueberry, oatmeal, oatmeal and chjocolate chips, and chocolate chocolate chip. Sadly store bought mixes..but the guys have muffins for thier lunches now. ps: a batch is supposed to be 24 each...but less 3 or 4. so losts in containers and more bagged and froze!

Dinner: Chicken kababs, rice, pocket bread, yogurt, onions and salad.

I don't feel much like eating when it is hot either. One day last week was so horribly hot (okay several days) that I actually cooked indoors in lieu of using the grill. Not bad when you have a meal simmering all day on the stove. Otherwise, I try to resort to leftovers and salad.
