Ya i over pack. people would be shocked if they say what i take.

now you know any hotel needs a swimsuit, sweat pants(for night) jammies, dress up clothes...just in case, jackets, shoes...ect.

You should see the rv! Ya some day i might cook a roast and use the stove top cooker or the toaster over. you see the older ovens are real hard to cook in . not great. I also have a small deep fryer.

we sometimes take 2x4s cut up because 4 or 5 pieces of firewood now are 10 dollars some campgrounds. they would let you bring in firewood..(dutch elm disease ect), but we are building and have lots of building wood left overs.

I even overpack food. snack esp. i have learned to cut back on breads that go bad in the heat fast.

Do you overpack?? If so what do you overpack??

Yes, I over pack on purpose! I tried a couple of times to only pack what I absolutuly needed and each time I wished I had brought something else. You just never know about weather or when your plans may change or something else comes up or what

Ya we always travel with a cooler. we used to have a plug in one. They are wonderful! we even take them to hotels. we have snacks, fruit, raw veggies and snack in the room. we started this with the boys. cost too much the other way!

Almost like taking things along for a baby! Only things missing are diapers and a change of clothes..LOL! Oh, wait a second, you do take a change of leashes..same thing only different..LOL!

Interesting that you have to take your passport along. Reminds me, I still need to get a new one with my new last name on it. Such a pesky thing to have to
