Well, my husband has left me . . .

. . . Only for a couple days, though, lol. He pulled out of here about 7 AM. I'm sure all will be fine, but I'll worry a bit till I know he's safely at the campsite - about noon, he thinks. So, I'm a little restless feeling and at loose ends, as I always am the first day he's gone. I'll settle into my "do what I want, when I want" non-routine soon, though and will be less on edge as soon as I know he's safe (or as safe as he can be in the northwoods of WI - where he saw a bear in the campsite last time!).
And tonight, I'll be eating Shrimp! Shrimp! Shrimp!
I'll head out, myself, on Saturday to join him for a day. A day or two of camping is about all I can take, lol!

I'll never know what that's like ever again. My husband is gone Monday and Tuesday mornings..volunteer Red Cross work and golfing..and that's it. He doesn't have anywhere else to go without me and doesn't want to go anywhere else without me. Oh, well, it's way better than being widowed and alone all the time, that's for sure!
I have a cousin who goes off alone
the next time I'll have some alone time is for over a week in October when ds and dh have to go to the international fairs,,, I'll be in Ankara babysitting (spoiling)
